This empirical research study investigates the relationship between firm resources and competitive advantage across various industries. Grounded in the resource-based view of the firm and strategic management literature, we examine how different types of resources, including tangible, intangible, and human resources, contribute to firms' competitive advantage. Through quantitative analysis of survey data and firm-level performance metrics, we assess the extent to which firm resources drive competitive advantage and firm performance. Additionally, we explore the moderating effects of industry characteristics and environmental factors on this relationship. Insights derived from this empirical research provide valuable implications for strategic management practices, resource allocation decisions, and competitive positioning strategies for firms seeking to enhance their competitive advantage in dynamic and competitive market environments.
