CHILDHOOD CANCER BRAIN TUMORS IN INDIA: A SCOPING REVIEW OF EVIDENCE FROM THE IMPACT OF PESTICIDES
Abstract
Chemical pesticides are widely used in Indian agriculture, and this is frequently connected to pesticide poisoning through contaminated food, water, or soil. In children, brain tumors rank as the second most prevalent type of tumor. Exposure to pesticides is thought to be one of the risk factors for the development of brain tumors in children (CBT). By critically analysing the literature, we investigated the connection between pesticide exposure and the eventual formation of brain tumors in children's developing brains in india and their preservation.
