Through a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical case studies, this research examines how corporations leverage their competitive advantages to establish and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations. Additionally, this study investigates the role of intermediary organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders in facilitating coordination and alignment between corporate and nonprofit entities. By providing a conceptual framework for understanding the dynamics of corporate-nonprofit networks, this research offers practical implications for strategic partnership development, resource mobilization, and impact measurement in the realm of corporate social responsibility and philanthropy. The findings of this research have implications for policymakers, business leaders, and nonprofit practitioners seeking to enhance collaboration and maximize social value creation through networked approaches.
