Abstract

This study delves into the influential factors that shape Chinese firms' search tactics for external knowledge sources. Drawing upon insights from innovation management, organizational behavior, and strategic management literature, the research investigates how various internal and external factors influence the search strategies employed by Chinese firms to acquire external knowledge.
