Abstract

This study investigates the dynamics of knowledge distribution within enterprises and its effect on knowledge transfer processes. Drawing upon insights from knowledge management, organizational learning, and social network theory, the research examines how knowledge is distributed across different individuals, teams, and departments within organizations, and how this distribution pattern influences the effectiveness of knowledge transfer mechanisms. Through empirical analysis and case studies, the study explores factors that facilitate or inhibit knowledge distribution, such as organizational culture, leadership, communication channels, and information technology infrastructure. Furthermore, the research investigates the mechanisms through which knowledge distribution affects knowledge transfer outcomes, including knowledge sharing, learning, innovation, and organizational performance. By providing insights into the complexities of knowledge distribution and transfer processes, this study offers practical implications for managers and organizations seeking to enhance their knowledge management practices and leverage knowledge as a strategic asset for sustainable competitive advantage.
