This study investigates the intricate relationship between organizational learning and knowledge transfer, aiming to elucidate how knowledge flows within organizations contribute to learning processes and organizational performance. Organizational learning, characterized by the acquisition, interpretation, and utilization of knowledge, is widely recognized as a critical determinant of competitiveness and innovation. Knowledge transfer, on the other hand, refers to the exchange of knowledge among individuals, teams, and units within an organization. Drawing upon theories of organizational learning, social capital, and knowledge management, this research develops a conceptual framework that delineates the mechanisms through which knowledge transfer influences various dimensions of organizational learning, including individual learning, team learning, and organizational-level learning. Through a comprehensive literature review and synthesis of empirical evidence, we examine the antecedents and moderators of knowledge transfer effectiveness, such as communication channels, organizational culture, leadership support, and technology infrastructure. Furthermore, we explore the impacts of knowledge transfer on organizational outcomes such as innovation, problem-solving, decision-making, and performance improvement.
