This paper proposes an integrative model to understand the dynamics of management innovation within science parks, focusing on the strategic motivations driving innovation initiatives and their impact on enterprise innovation achievements. Science parks play a crucial role in fostering innovation ecosystems, providing a supportive environment for research, development, and entrepreneurship. Drawing on a synthesis of literature from management innovation, strategic management, and innovation studies, this research develops a comprehensive framework that elucidates the interconnections between management innovation strategies deployed within science parks, the underlying strategic motivations guiding these initiatives, and the resultant innovation outcomes for enterprises operating within these ecosystems. By employing a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative case studies and quantitative surveys, this study empirically examines the proposed model, investigating the relationships between management innovation practices, strategic motivations (such as knowledge spillovers, network effects, and competitive positioning), and enterprise innovation achievements (including product innovation, process innovation, and market performance). Additionally, this research explores contextual factors and governance mechanisms shaping the effectiveness of management innovation in science parks, including policy support, funding mechanisms, collaboration networks, and leadership styles. The findings contribute to theoretical advancements and practical insights by offering a holistic understanding of how management innovation initiatives in science parks can drive enterprise innovation and contribute to regional economic development and competitiveness.
