This study examines the internationalization features of new ventures from the perspective of knowledge management. Internationalization is a critical aspect of new venture development, and effective management of knowledge plays a central role in facilitating successful expansion into global markets. Drawing on insights from knowledge management literature, this research explores how new ventures leverage knowledge assets, such as tacit expertise, explicit information, and network connections, to navigate the complexities of international markets. Through qualitative case studies and quantitative analysis, this study investigates the knowledge acquisition, creation, dissemination, and application processes involved in the internationalization of new ventures. Moreover, it examines the role of organizational culture, leadership, and learning mechanisms in shaping knowledge management practices within internationalizing new ventures. By integrating theoretical perspectives from international business and knowledge management, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms driving the internationalization process of new ventures and offers practical implications for entrepreneurs, managers, and policymakers seeking to enhance the global competitiveness and sustainability of emerging firms.
