Abstract

This study delves into the specialized production and operational achievements of colony firms, focusing on the enhancement of their comparative advantage abilities. Colony firms, operating within unique economic and regulatory environments, face distinctive challenges and opportunities in realizing their potential for specialized production. Drawing upon the theory of comparative advantage and empirical data from diverse colony firms across different sectors and regions, we analyze the mechanisms through which improvements in comparative advantage abilities contribute to enhanced production and operational outcomes. Through a multi-dimensional analysis, we examine how factors such as technology adoption, human capital development, supply chain optimization, and market positioning influence colony firms' ability to specialize and excel in their respective domains. Our findings shed light on the strategies and pathways for colony firms to leverage their comparative advantage effectively, thereby maximizing their competitiveness and contributing to sustainable economic development.
