Abstract

This study proposes a methodological approach to enhance knowledge transfer through the structural optimization of intellectual capital within knowledge networks. Leveraging insights from organizational theory, network analysis, and knowledge management literature, this approach aims to systematically analyze and reconfigure the components of intellectual capital—human, structural, and relational—in knowledge networks. By employing advanced analytical techniques, such as social network analysis and structural equation modeling, this method facilitates the identification of key actors, knowledge flows, and structural inefficiencies within networks. Through iterative optimization processes, organizations can strategically realign their intellectual capital structures to foster more efficient and effective knowledge transfer mechanisms. The proposed approach offers practical guidelines for organizations seeking to capitalize on their intellectual resources and maximize the value derived from knowledge networks.
