Abstract

This empirical research study focuses on developing matching standards for strategic alliance partnerships among Chinese enterprises. Strategic alliances play a crucial role in enhancing competitiveness, fostering innovation, and expanding market reach for businesses. Through surveys, interviews, and case studies, this research investigates the key characteristics and criteria that Chinese enterprises consider when selecting strategic alliance partners. The study examines factors such as complementary resources, technological capabilities, market presence, cultural fit, and strategic alignment. Furthermore, the research explores the impact of partner selection criteria on the success and performance of strategic alliances.
