Abstract

This paper presents a novel methodology for visualizing and analyzing the interconnectedness of scientific and technological domains through co-occurrence analysis. By leveraging large-scale datasets of scholarly publications, patents, or other knowledge repositories, we construct dynamic maps that depict the relationships and interactions between various fields of study or technological domains. Through the application of advanced data mining and visualization techniques, these maps offer valuable insights into the evolution of scientific knowledge and technological innovation over time. Moreover, we demonstrate the practical utility of these maps for guiding research priorities, identifying emerging trends, and facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration. By harnessing the power of co-occurrence analysis, our approach provides researchers, policymakers, and industry practitioners with a powerful tool for navigating the complex landscape of science and technology, enabling informed decision-making and fostering innovation.
