Abstract

This study employs exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to investigate the factors influencing knowledge acquisition within manufacturing enterprises, focusing specifically on the perspective of supplier networks. By examining the relationships between manufacturing firms and their supplier networks, we identify key factors that contribute to knowledge acquisition processes. Through a comprehensive review of literature and empirical analysis of survey data, we identify and analyze latent factors such as supplier collaboration, information sharing, technological innovation, and organizational learning. Furthermore, we explore the moderating effects of network structure and dynamics on the relationship between these factors and knowledge acquisition outcomes. The findings offer valuable insights into the mechanisms driving knowledge transfer and integration within supplier networks, with implications for enhancing competitiveness and innovation capabilities in the manufacturing sector.
