This research investigates governance models of multinational corporations (MNCs) through the lens of knowledge management theory. Recognizing knowledge as a critical strategic asset for MNCs operating in diverse global markets, this study explores how governance structures and mechanisms are designed to facilitate knowledge creation, sharing, and utilization across the organization. Drawing upon insights from organizational theory, international business, and knowledge management literature, this research examines various governance models adopted by MNCs to effectively manage knowledge resources, foster innovation, and enhance competitiveness in the global marketplace.
