This research delves into the intricate dynamics between network capability, implicit knowledge acquisition, and growth performance within the context of new ventures. Utilizing a mixed-method approach incorporating both quantitative analysis and qualitative insights from in-depth interviews, this study elucidates the multifaceted impact of network capability on the process of implicit knowledge acquisition and subsequent growth outcomes for nascent enterprises. Drawing upon resource-based theory and social network theory, our findings reveal that the quality and diversity of a venture's network ties significantly influence its ability to acquire tacit knowledge from external sources, such as industry peers, mentors, and strategic partners. Moreover, we uncover the mediating role of implicit knowledge acquisition in translating network capability into enhanced growth performance, encompassing dimensions such as revenue expansion, market penetration, and innovation. Furthermore, this research highlights the contingent effects of contextual factors, including industry dynamics, firm size, and entrepreneurial experience, on the relationship between network capability, knowledge acquisition, and growth outcomes. Through theoretical advancements and practical implications, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how new ventures can leverage their network resources to facilitate knowledge absorption and drive sustainable growth in competitive markets.
