Abstract

This study investigates the micro-level barriers hindering the diffusion of technological innovation. Through a detailed analysis, it explores the factors that impede the spread of innovative technologies at the individual and organizational levels. By identifying and examining these barriers, the research aims to provide insights into effective strategies for overcoming challenges and promoting the adoption of technological innovation.
