Abstract

This paper presents a research study focused on identifying the barriers and proposing countermeasures for tacit knowledge conversion in technology transfer processes. Through a combination of literature review, case studies, and empirical research, the study aims to uncover the challenges that hinder the effective conversion of tacit knowledge during technology transfer activities. The research examines various barriers such as organizational culture, lack of communication channels, knowledge hoarding, and insufficient trust among stakeholders involved in technology transfer initiatives. Additionally, the study explores strategies and countermeasures to address these barriers, including fostering a knowledge-sharing culture, implementing knowledge management systems, establishing effective communication mechanisms, and promoting collaborative relationships between knowledge holders and recipients. By offering insights into the barriers and potential solutions for tacit knowledge conversion in technology transfer, this research contributes to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge transfer processes in both academic and industrial settings.
