Abstract

This paper explores the mechanisms through which corporations can gain competitive advantage by collaborating with nonprofit organizations. Through a qualitative analysis of case studies and empirical research, the study investigates the various ways in which partnerships with nonprofits can contribute to corporate success and competitive positioning. The research examines mechanisms such as reputation enhancement, access to new markets or customer segments, brand differentiation, innovation through shared expertise, and cost savings through shared resources. Additionally, the study explores how collaboration with nonprofits can enhance corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, stakeholder engagement, and overall organizational resilience. By offering insights into the mechanisms of obtaining competitive advantage through collaboration with nonprofits, this study contributes to advancing understanding of strategic partnerships and corporate social responsibility practices in contemporary business environments.
