Abstract

This research investigates the determinant factors influencing innovation performance within discipline teams at universities. Through a team-level analysis, the study aims to identify key factors that contribute to innovation outcomes in academic settings. The research explores various determinants such as team composition, leadership style, collaboration dynamics, organizational culture, and resource availability. Using a combination of quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, the study examines how these factors interact and impact innovation performance within discipline teams.
