PLACEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

The Placement Management System (PMS) is an innovative platform designed to efficiently track and evaluate student placements in various companies [4]. Developed using ReactJS, this web-based system allows the placement cell to securely store student data in a database, accessible by the Placement Officer for recruitment purposes and alumni records [5]. The system includes both technical skills and personal information of students, enabling universities to manage student and placement data effectively [10]. The user-friendly interface features a dashboard with dynamic statistical graphs, including separate graphs for CSE and IT students in distinct colors, providing valuable insights into student performance during placements [2]. The student page allows the admin to easily add and view student details, while the drive page features a "post a job" option with year selection, ensuring job notifications are sent only to final-year students or those passing out [3]. By leveraging ReactJS technology, this project aims to streamline placement management processes, optimizing data efficiency and ultimately saving time, reducing physical labor, and decreasing paper consumption [8].
