Abstract

In Ukraine's efforts to build a modern state that upholds European standards of rule of law and protects human and civil rights and freedoms, the enforcement of court decisions is crucial. The state must not only establish measures for enforcement but also provide an efficient mechanism for prompt and high-quality execution of such decisions. This issue is particularly relevant as Ukraine adapts its domestic legislation to align with European standards while lacking comprehensive scientific research on the matter. Therefore, it is essential to bring Ukraine's regulations on enforcing decisions of jurisdictional bodies in line with European Union requirements. The purpose of this study is to analyze international legal practices in regulating the system of enforcing judgments and provide relevant recommendations to improve the national system. The article employs various scientific research methods such as deductive, analytical, synthesis, hermeneutic, comparative, statistical, dialectical, and others to comprehensively cover the subject matter.
