Abstract

Healthcare monitoring systems in hospitals and clinics have grown extensively. Simultaneously, wearable devices with advanced technology are capturing worldwide interest, becoming a key focus for numerous nations. The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies is accelerating healthcare’s transition from in-person visits to remote telemedicine services. Our project focuses on developing a smart bracelet with monitoring system specially designed for cardiology doctors.

The primary objective is to equip doctors with the ability to remotely monitor their patients' heartbeat, heart rate, and rhythm in real time. By utilizing NodeMCU microcontrollers with built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and pulse sensors, this system captures and transmits data efficiently and reliably. The collected data is then analyzed in depth, allowing doctors to provide personalized advice and interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs. In the event of any detected abnormalities, instant alerts are sent to doctors, enabling swift intervention when necessary.

For patients, the goal is to empower them to actively monitor their health, receive guidance from their doctors, and stay engaged with their treatment plan, even when accessed remotely through a mobile application.
