Abstract

This empirical study investigates the relationship between resource acquisition and the performance of technology innovation within organizations. Drawing on a sample of diverse industries and firm sizes, we employ quantitative analysis methods to examine the impact of resource acquisition strategies on various dimensions of technology innovation performance, including product innovation, process innovation, and overall innovation effectiveness. Through regression analysis and structural equation modeling, we assess the mediating role of internal resource allocation mechanisms and the moderating effects of external environmental factors on this relationship. Our findings provide empirical insights into the complex interplay between resource acquisition efforts and technology innovation outcomes, offering implications for organizational strategies aimed at optimizing resource allocation and enhancing innovation performance.
