Abstract

This empirical study investigates the effect of soft technology on learning efficiency in educational settings. Soft technology refers to non-physical, intangible tools and methods used to enhance learning processes, including digital platforms, educational software, and pedagogical approaches. Through a mixed-methods approach combining surveys, interviews, and classroom observations, we examine how the integration of soft technology influences students' learning outcomes, engagement levels, and overall efficiency in acquiring knowledge and skills. Additionally, we explore the perceptions and experiences of educators regarding the implementation of soft technology in instructional practices. Insights derived from this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex dynamics between technology and learning efficiency, with implications for educational policy, curriculum design, and instructional practices aimed at optimizing learning experiences in the digital age.
