Abstract

Cloud computing has transformed data storage, computation, and service accessibility by offering scalable and flexible resources. However, the rapid adoption of cloud computing has raised significant security concerns due to data breaches, cyber-attacks, and privacy threats. This research article proposes enhanced end-to-end security solutions for cloud computing, focusing on multi-layer encryption, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and secure authentication methods. Statistical analysis and experimental data are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The dynamic and multi-tenant nature of cloud environments further exacerbates these challenges. Virtualization, which forms the backbone of cloud computing, introduces risks such as cross-tenant attacks, where one compromised virtual machine (VM) can impact others on the same physical host. Moreover, traditional security measures, which were designed for static on-premises systems, often fail to address the dynamic and distributed nature of cloud platforms.
