Abstract

Higher education is more than just teaching and learning activities; it is a continuous process that runs from enrollment to graduation, with the following major cycles: (1) enrollment; (2) building and developing training programs; (3) building, storing, and developing learning materials and documents; (4) teaching and learning activities; (5) recognizing graduation; and (6) supporting students after graduation. According to the general trend, digital transformation will have a thorough impact on all of the above procedures, fundamentally altering professional activities and university management. This article investigates the effects of digital transformation on the quality of higher education in Vietnam today, with the goal of assisting administrators in quickly adjusting educational methods and policies, thereby supporting higher education development.
