Through a review of existing literature and curricular frameworks, the research identifies key differences in learning objectives, content depth, and pedagogical approaches between UG and PG yoga education programs. The study also explores the potential benefits and challenges of incorporating yoga principles and practices as an elective within various healthcare disciplines. The findings inform recommendations for optimizing yoga education to enhance professional competencies and promote integrative healthcare models.
