Abstract

The feasibility of completely substituting fly ash for cement in geopolymer was examined in the context of waste re-exploitation and environmentally friendly geopolymer manufacture. We took into consideration differences in ecological characteristics with respect to different alkaline activator molarities. It was ideal to expect a molarity ratio of twelve molarity. It was discovered that the ecological geopolymer's improved qualities were at their best when the molarity was 12. Additionally, employing fly ash and pond ash as fine aggregate allows for the substitution of fly ash for 100% cement without compromising the strength requirements of geopolymer composite. Utilizing these geopolymers can drastically cut down on greenhouse gas emissions.
