Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive framework for understanding and identifying the dynamic knowledge competence of corporations. Drawing upon insights from knowledge management, organizational learning, and strategic management literature, the framework encompasses various dimensions of knowledge competence, including knowledge creation, acquisition, sharing, utilization, and renewal. The research develops a systematic approach to identify and assess the dynamic knowledge competence of corporations, considering factors such as organizational culture, leadership, processes, structures, and technologies that facilitate knowledge dynamics within the organization. Furthermore, the paper explores how the identification system can capture the dynamic nature of knowledge competence, taking into account the evolving external environment, industry trends, and technological advancements.
