This research investigates the creation and sustenance of a cross-disciplinary innovation environment, emphasizing the role of individual knowledge management practices. Drawing from theories of knowledge management, innovation, and organizational behavior, this study explores how individuals contribute to the integration of knowledge across disciplinary boundaries within organizations. Through a combination of qualitative interviews, surveys, and case studies, the research examines the strategies, tools, and mechanisms employed by individuals to acquire, share, and apply knowledge from diverse fields. Additionally, it investigates the organizational structures, leadership styles, and cultural norms that foster a supportive environment for cross-disciplinary innovation. By analyzing the interplay between individual knowledge management behaviors and organizational context, the study seeks to identify factors that facilitate or hinder cross-disciplinary collaboration and innovation.
