Abstract

This paper examines the dynamics of technological diffusion facilitated by foreign direct investment (FDI) and its implications for the development of hi-tech industries in Hubei province, with a focus on the optic communications sector in Wuhan. Leveraging empirical evidence and case study analysis, the research investigates the mechanisms through which FDI contributes to knowledge spillovers, technology transfer, and innovation diffusion within local industries, particularly in the context of emerging hi-tech sectors.
