This empirical study examines the relationship between knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing practices, and innovation capability within organizations. Knowledge, characterized by its depth, breadth, tacitness, and relevance, plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and organizational success. Through surveys, interviews, and statistical analyses, this research explores how the nature and quality of knowledge within organizations influence knowledge sharing behaviors and subsequently impact innovation capability. The study investigates factors such as knowledge diversity, knowledge accessibility, trust among employees, and organizational culture that affect knowledge sharing practices. Furthermore, the research assesses the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between knowledge characteristics and innovation capability. By providing empirical evidence and insights into these interrelationships, this study aims to inform strategies for enhancing knowledge management practices and fostering a culture of innovation within organizations.
