Effective knowledge transfer from implementation consultants to key users is crucial for the successful implementation and utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in manufacturing enterprises. This empirical study investigates the influence factors affecting knowledge transfer in the context of ERP implementation projects. Drawing upon the theoretical frameworks of knowledge management and organizational learning, this research examines various factors such as consultant expertise, communication channels, organizational culture, and user characteristics that may impact the knowledge transfer process. Utilizing survey data collected from manufacturing enterprises that have undergone ERP implementation projects, this study employs quantitative analysis techniques to identify and analyze the significance of these influence factors on knowledge transfer outcomes. The findings shed light on the key determinants of successful knowledge transfer and offer practical insights for improving the effectiveness of ERP implementation strategies. By understanding the factors that facilitate or hinder knowledge transfer, organizations can develop targeted interventions and training programs to enhance the capabilities of key users and maximize the benefits derived from ERP systems.
