This study investigates the mode of knowledge management (KM) based on topological structures within organizational settings. Utilizing network theory and topology analysis, the research explores how different topological structures, such as centralized, decentralized, and distributed networks, influence the effectiveness of KM processes within organizations. Through a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative network analysis and qualitative case studies, the study examines the characteristics, advantages, and limitations of each topological structure in facilitating knowledge creation, sharing, and utilization. Furthermore, the research explores the role of organizational culture, leadership, and technology infrastructure in shaping the adoption and implementation of topological KM modes.
