Abstract

This paper explores the dynamic relationship between self-innovation and the development of human resources within organizations. Drawing upon insights from psychology, organizational behavior, and human resource management, the study investigates how individuals' self-innovation capabilities contribute to their personal and professional development, as well as the broader organizational goals. The research examines the concept of self-innovation, which refers to individuals' ability to proactively generate novel ideas, solutions, and approaches to their work and challenges. Additionally, the study explores the role of human resource development initiatives, such as training, mentoring, and career development programs, in fostering and harnessing employees' self-innovation capabilities. Through a review of theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence, the research identifies strategies and best practices for organizations to cultivate a culture of self-innovation and integrate it into their human resource development efforts. By offering insights into the dynamic interplay between self-innovation and human resource development, this study contributes to advancing understanding of individual and organizational learning, creativity, and innovation.
