Abstract

This research investigates the development mechanism of non-state-run high-tech companies through the lens of synergetics theory. Synergetics theory provides a framework for understanding the self-organizing behavior of complex systems, such as high-tech companies, in dynamic and evolving environments. Through a qualitative analysis of case studies and empirical research, the study aims to uncover the underlying dynamics and mechanisms driving the growth and evolution of non-state-run high-tech companies. The research explores how synergies among different organizational components, including technology, human resources, organizational culture, and external partnerships, contribute to the emergence of innovative capabilities and competitive advantages. Additionally, the study examines how the principles of self-organization, emergence, and adaptation inherent in synergetics theory can inform strategies for fostering sustainable growth and resilience in non-state-run high-tech companies. By offering insights from the perspective of synergetics theory, this research contributes to advancing understanding of the development mechanisms of non-state-run high-tech companies in dynamic and complex environments.
