This paper presents a project of a medical monitoring system developed based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Our goal in developing this system is to deliver immediate changes in the health status of patients with minor ailments to the doctor at home. This system, which is connected to the Internet, can measure the heart rate, temperature, blood pressure and other health information of the patient. It is able to remember the changes in health status and transmit this information to the patient. In this way, we can get this information and send it to our doctor when necessary. Even without the need of the patient, the system itself can send this information automatically. Thus, if treatment is needed, they can be treated in a timely and convenient manner. The system uses an Arduino UNO microcontroller, an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module and a set of sensors to collect and analyze patient health data, including body temperature, blood oxygen level and heart rate. The main indicators are displayed in real time on the LCD display and also transmitted to a remote server for continuous monitoring. The article covers the stages of component assembly and connection, software configuration of the system, as well as data processing and transmission algorithms. It shows the effectiveness of using Arduino and ESP8266 to implement an accessible, reliable and scalable medical monitoring system that can be used both in medical institutions and at home to improve the quality of medical care.
