Our findings reveal significant positive effects of technology spillover on various economic indicators, including productivity, innovation capacity, and industrial competitiveness within the Changjiang Delta Area. Furthermore, we explore the mechanisms underlying technology spillover, such as knowledge spillovers through inter-firm collaborations, technology transfer from research institutions, and agglomeration effects within the region.
