Abstract

This paper presents a novel theoretical framework for intellectual resources management in knowledge organizations. Building upon established theories in knowledge management, human resource management, and organizational behavior, we propose a new perspective that integrates the management of intellectual resources across various dimensions, including human capital, organizational culture, knowledge assets, and social networks. Through a critical synthesis of existing literature and theoretical insights, we delineate the key components and dynamics of this new theory, emphasizing its relevance and applicability in contemporary knowledge-intensive organizations. Furthermore, we discuss the implications of this theoretical framework for organizational strategy, leadership practices, and innovation management. By advancing a new theory on intellectual resources management, this paper contributes to the ongoing discourse on effective knowledge utilization and organizational performance in knowledge-driven economies.
