Abstract

Compressor Transport frame is a critical part of a compressor package as they supply a rigid base for compressor. During transportation, several factors are affecting on the transport frame design like Lifting Load, Road Acceleration & Sea Acceleration. Present study is to understand different factor affecting on the Transport Frame Design. Design & Analysis of Transport frame suitable for static load, dynamic load & acceleration. During transportation, frame will be affected on its performance by several factors like Acceleration, Static Load & Dynamic Load. The transport frame is analyzed & optimized for static load, dynamic load & acceleration by using CAE software's Ansys.
