Abstract

This research study examines the growth evaluation of technological small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through the integration of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) methodologies. Grounded in the literature of performance management and decision-making, we propose a comprehensive evaluation framework that incorporates both financial and non-financial indicators to assess the growth trajectories of technological SMEs. Through a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative expert judgments, we apply the BSC model to capture multiple dimensions of growth, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, internal processes, and learning and innovation. Additionally, we utilize ANP to model the complex interrelationships among various performance indicators and prioritize critical factors influencing SME growth. By synthesizing BSC and ANP, this research aims to provide a holistic and actionable approach for evaluating and enhancing the growth potential of technological SMEs, thereby contributing to the sustainability and competitiveness of these enterprises in dynamic market environments.
